Roberto is the owner of Seda Law Firm PLLC located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He received his Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Oklahoma State University, his Masters of Business Administration from Oklahoma City University and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. He currently heads the oil and gas practice area of the firm. He is licensed to practice law in Oklahoma, Texas, North Dakota and New Mexico. Roberto focuses his practice in the areas of oil and gas, estate planning, probate, and real property disputes.
Roberto is the chairman of the Oklahoma Title Examination Standards, the vice-chairman of the Real Property Section of the Oklahoma Bar Association and the Real Property liaison of the Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Section of the Oklahoma Bar Association. He also serves as a volunteer with Trinity Legal Clinic of Oklahoma in Oklahoma City that provides legal services to needy individuals in the community. Finally, Roberto serves as a board member for Camp Lu-Jo KISMIF in southwest Oklahoma.
Roberto and his wife, Becky, have three sons: Alex, Landon and Cole. His family is active at the Central Church of Christ where Roberto serves as a deacon for the congregation.
